Mahmood Malik was born, raised and educated in Pakistan. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Guru Nanak Pura Gujranwala followed by a Law Degree from Punjab University with Honors standing.
Throughout his legal profession, Mahmood has successfully handled many critical cases both in family and civil law. In 1997 he challenged the imposition of inter-district taxes in the city of Lahore, Pakistan and succeeded in the removal of these taxes. This controversial ruling caused various challenges and hurdles for Mehmood's family which forced him and his family to immigrate to Canada.......
